Club Records. Rose Wilson set a F55 10 mile record of 77:08 at the Flying Fox 10 beating her previous time by 4 minutes at the same race in 2014. And Jo Stanfield set a new F45 record in the same race of 71:09 beating Janet Hulmes time from 2002 by nearly 4 minutes.

The Beginners Running Group started on 10th Jan 2017.
These sessions are aimed at those who have either never run before or maybe have run in the past and are nervous about re-starting. All ages and abilities are welcome. They are not aimed at making you a runner, but more towards improving your fitness.
