Joanne Stanfield set a new F45 record of 3:33:41 beating Jill Phillips time from 2009 by 10 minutes. And Jill Phillips beat her own F55 time set in 2016 by a massive 25 minutes finishing in 3:36:21. Well done Ladies!
Alan Brookes has set another record. At the Mid Cheshire 5k he finished in 18:41. A PB and MV60 Club Record beating Stan Winterton's time from 2005 by 2 seconds!!

Club Code of Conduct
As part of our commitment to work towards Clubmark accreditation we have developed a Club Code of Conduct based on England Athletics guidance.
NEW New running session added to the timetable!
There will be an additional running session added to the current TRC timetable. It will start on Tuesday 23 May and will coincide with the Juniors session of 5:00-6:30pm. It is primarily aimed at parents who would like to participate in a club run whilst their child trains. Over the first few sessions we’ll establish an approximate distance suitable for the timeframe and the group and will incorporate the muster principle to accommodate different abilities. Just turn up on the day and see Ryan or Kerryann.
The Beginners Running Group started on 10th Jan 2017.
These sessions are aimed at those who have either never run before or maybe have run in the past and are nervous about re-starting. All ages and abilities are welcome. They are not aimed at making you a runner, but more towards improving your fitness.
