2 NEW Club Records. Two new records were set at the Knighton 20. Jo Stanfield beat Jill Phillps F45 record from 2007 with a 2:38:47 and Jill improved her F55 record from 2016 to 2:46:01. Well done to them both.

The Beginners Running Group started on 10th Jan 2017.
These sessions are aimed at those who have either never run before or maybe have run in the past and are nervous about re-starting. All ages and abilities are welcome. They are not aimed at making you a runner, but more towards improving your fitness.
