At Chester Jill set a new F55 marathon record by finishing in 3:25:31 which knocked 10 minutes off her previous record set earlier in the year at London. NEW And at at Werrington she set a new F55 10k record of 46:22 beating Rose Wilsons time from 2014 by 3 seconds. Jill has now set 4 new age records this year.

The North Staffordshire Mental Health Ambassadors, in conjunction with England Athletics, organised an all club run, which took place on Tuesday 10th October, from Trentham Running Club. On this day, which was World Mental Health Day, we were aiming to promote the positive benefits of running on mental health and encourage people to get together in a positive and non-judgmental environment.

Club Code of Conduct
As part of our commitment to work towards Clubmark accreditation we have developed a Club Code of Conduct based on England Athletics guidance.
Beginners Running Group
These sessions are aimed at those who have either never run before or maybe have run in the past and are nervous about re-starting. All ages and abilities are welcome. They are not aimed at making you a runner, but more towards improving your fitness.
